Stampin on the Farm: WINTER WOODS & FALLING FOR LEAVES THANKFUL CARD

Happy Sunday evening everyone! I sure hope you all had a great weekend. They sure do seem to go by fast especially when you are doing something fun like playing in your craft room!

That's just what I did. I made a thankful card today. I thought that was appropriate since Thanksgiving is coming up in a few days and I have a lot to be thankful for!

I used the stamp sets Winter Woods and Falling For Leaves from Stampin' Up! You can find both of these stamp sets in the 2018 Holiday Catalog. Winter Woods is a great stamp set that can be used for all kinds of winter scene cards, not just Christmas cards.

Along with Whisper White card stock, I used Cajun Craze and Crushed Curry ink and card stock and threw in some Crumb Cake ink for the ground below the trees and distressing the edges of the layers. Beautiful Fall colors!

I ran the front panel through the Subtle TIEF. Amazing texture!! Wrapped the front panel with Linen Thread and attached a faux double bow with Glue Dots. I used the die cut from Petals & More Thinlits to cut out the sentiment on the front panel.

I continued the party inside the card...

Cajun Craze - 4-1/4" x 11" scored at 5-1/2" - card base

Crushed Curry - 4" x 5-1/4" (2), 3/4" x 3" for sentiment mat

Whisper White - 3-3/4" x 5" (2), 1" x 4" for sentiment
